Project Deposits
Project deposits reserve planning and delivery capacity. Deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has started.
Milestone Payments
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If a milestone has not started, a refund request may be considered.
Eligibility Review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on project stage, delivered work, and contract terms.
