Services
We provide software engineering, app design, app icon design, and related technical services as defined in project agreements.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
- Ensure rights to all content, assets, and materials provided to us.
- Pay invoices as agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and transfer of deliverables are defined in each project contract. Pre-existing tools, templates, or libraries remain the property of their original owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AppDwn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the related service.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to agreed contract terms. Fees for completed work remain due.
